The compassionate heart of our business. Bernadette has many years of experience in the in-home care sector. She has worked in every role from a caregiver right through to senior management levels in large aged care businesses and even as a highly regarded senior trainer in the aged care industry teaching the next generation of caregivers. Her wide experience includes delivery of direct care services, safety assessments, case management, care scheduling & logistics and recruitment. And it doesn't stop there. Her intimate understanding of the government's My Aged Care platform allows her to guide our clients gently and compassionately through this complex area to access the funding and care services they need.
Mark Huxley
Director & Business Manager
After a 20 year career in financial services and more than a decade of working at executive level in the vocational education sector, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Haven In-Home Care as our business manager. Mark looks after the operational side of our business from payroll, bookkeeping & accounts, new staff hiring and everything else that is needed to run a successful and growing business. Mark is also a well respected first aid trainer with a passion for helping people learn the skills needed to save a life in an emergency situation.
