Haven In-Home Care provides premium In-home aged care services for clients who insist on the best.
Based in the leafy Hills District but covering much of metropolitan Sydney, our focus is on clients who want to keep living in their own home and matching clients with compassionate carers who also live and work locally.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the services we deliver. Whether it be the simple things like companionship, transport to appointments and social support, right through to more complex personal care needs and case management, we provide a service that is distinguished by compassion and understanding.
We can guide you through the complex world of in-home aged care services and funding to get the care that you deserve and keep you living well in the home you know and love.
Consulting
We have found that many people who could access government funding for support to stay in their in homes, do not do so. This is because the systems and funding pathways are quite complex and can be intimidating to navigate.

At Haven In-Home Care, we take the time to explain and gently guide you through the process of accessing available government funding, so that we can assist you to put in place the services that will support and nurture you as you remain in your own home.

We provide this service face to face, usually in your own home and with one of our qualified consultants who will take the time to fully understand your needs, explain the various funding pathways which may be available to you and assist you every step of the way.
Holistic aged care assessment

Two hour home visit and comprehensive assessment and needs analysis.
Tailored service recommendations.
Outcome report.
Completion of referrals to My Aged Care or other funding bodies.

Assistance with completion of My Aged Care assessment documentation if needed.
Activating funding codes and ensuring that services commence.

Consulting fees
Haven in-Home Care provides a tailored and client-focused service to all our clients. Our consultants are experienced and qualified, offering compassion and understanding as the assessment process is undertaken. We know it can be an overwhelming process but we will be with you every step of the way.

Whilst our initial telephone discussion is free, very reasonable consulting fees for this more detailed service are applicable. We will provide you a detailed quote prior to our meeting for your consideration.

If you choose to proceed with Haven In-Home Care as your in-home aged care service provider (and we really hope you do!), we may reduce or waive our consulting fee dependent upon individual circumstances.
