In this session Bernadette will help you; Explain all the referral codes and care terminology Look into the costs and fees Find a home care provider that's most suitable for your personal needs Combine funding codes to start your care services sooner Explain the different funding models that can be combined to meet your care needs whilst you are waiting on a higher package Bernadette will be able to create a care plan that reflects how the referral codes will translate to actual services, and how many hours that will give you. You will gain a clear understanding of where you're at in the process, how your funding can be used, and any out-of-pocket costs they need to allow for. Depending on the national waitlist, you may even be able to start the process of booking services.
