Service Description

Once services begin, you may find that you don't know what to expect from your aged care provider and the care staff. Bernadette will assist in making sure that the needs outlined in your assessment are being met by your aged care provider and their staff. She can be present in the home when services commence, to ensure that the standard of care you require is met, and advocate on your behalf if issues arise with your services, or if you feel they aren't up up your expectations. She is a deep source of knowledge and confidence and will ensure you recieve the best care possible.
